Who It’s For

Your organisation may be in more than one place at once.

Growth can sit beside succession. Founder energy can coexist with capital pressure. An established leadership team can still be preparing its next bench.

The seven Participant Profiles are ways of recognising the context around the work. More than one may be relevant at the same time.

Which two feel most like your organisation today?

Read across the seven profiles. Choose up to two that feel closest to where you are now.

You do not need to fit neatly into one.

Your profile describes the context, not a separate programme. The same Academy frameworks can be applied differently depending on what is happening in the organisation.

Ways to participate

Two ways into the room.

Your Participant Profile and your delivery setting are different things. An organisation may recognise itself in one or more profiles and then choose the setting that best suits the situation.

Multi-Organisation

Work alongside leaders from other organisations.

Different organisations share the same structured Academy experience while each works on its own context. Duo or trio participation can bring useful perspective from seeing how others think, without requiring everyone to share the same challenge.

Private

One organisation has the room to itself.

A more contained setting can support greater confidentiality, broader internal leadership participation and preparation shaped closely around the organisation. The work can be tailored more specifically to the context and the follow-through it requires.
