Bookings, feedback and external services
Fundamental Academy links to Microsoft Bookings for calls and to Microsoft Forms for participant feedback. If you choose to use either service, you leave the Academy website and the information you provide is handled through that service. Microsoft may have its own privacy terms and information-handling practices.
You can review the relevant service before submitting information: Microsoft Bookings and Microsoft Forms.
Information you choose to send
If you contact James directly—or send information through an Academy-related email—the message becomes ordinary business correspondence in the Fundamental Business email inbox. It may include your name, work email, organisation, location and the matters you would like to discuss.
This information is used to respond to you, understand your enquiry, consider whether an Academy experience or conversation may be useful and maintain appropriate business records.
Website hosting and technical information
Like most websites, the hosting and security services supporting this site may process limited technical information such as an IP address, browser or device type, request time, security events and essential cookies. This information helps deliver and protect the website.
Fundamental Academy does not currently use this website to run behavioural advertising or marketing-tracking cookies.
Use, disclosure and retention
Fundamental Business does not sell personal information. Information may be handled by service providers supporting email, website hosting, Microsoft Bookings, Microsoft Forms or professional advice, or disclosed where required or authorised by law. Those services may process information in Australia or other countries.
Email correspondence is retained only for as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, an ongoing business relationship, record-keeping or legal purposes. Reasonable safeguards are used, although no email or internet service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Fundamental Academy and its partners do not treat sponsorship, funding or participation as a purchase of confidential participant information. Participant privacy and candour remain fundamental to Academy experiences.
