FUNDAMENTAL PYRAMID®
Keep what matters moving.
The seminar creates a shared view of what matters, what needs attention and where progress may be possible. What happens next is up to you.
Share your experience, talk through what is emerging, manage the follow-through yourselves, or choose additional support when it would genuinely help.

Help us make the next session sharper.
Your experience matters. A short reflection helps us improve the content, pacing, facilitation and materials for future participants.
Share feedbackWHILE THE THINKING IS FRESH
Useful questions often become clearer after the room closes. If something deserves another conversation, book a focused follow-up while the thinking is still fresh.

The Momentum Arc begins where the Fundamental Pyramid® Seminar ends — a practical follow-through rhythm that helps an organisation convert seminar clarity into visible progress.
Choose the cadence that fits your organisation.
Accelerated

Extended
Independent
The choice is about cadence — not price. All three facilitated Momentum Arcs provide an equivalent level of facilitator commitment, delivered through a different rhythm.
Not sure which cadence fits? For most participating organisations, the 90-Day Arc is the recommended starting point. Its approximately monthly rhythm balances traction, accountability and habit formation.
Facilitated Arcs are optional paid add-ons: RRP A$4,500 / US$3,150 per participating organisation, including nine facilitator hours. Self-Managed Follow-Through has no add-on fee or scheduled facilitator time.
The objective is simple: keep the organisation's Fundamental Pyramid® active in decisions, priorities, behaviours and execution.
SERVICE PACKS
The Fundamental Pyramid® Seminar creates shared understanding. A Service Pack helps turn one chosen priority into applied progress.
An organisation may choose a Service Pack, a Momentum Arc, both, or neither. One does not need to precede the other.
A Service Pack may be commissioned directly after the seminar, during a Momentum Arc, or later, when an appropriate challenge emerges.
A focused, outcomes-based engagement built around a defined challenge, a clear result and a concentrated period of work.
It may run for one day, one week, one fortnight or up to three weeks — depending on the challenge, work required and intended outcome.
A defined beginning and end.
Built around agreed outputs and practical progress — not discussion alone.
Your people work directly on a live priority.
The right participants contribute to the work, decisions and outputs.
Scope, timeframe, deliverables and investment are agreed before work begins.
Starting points for shaping one clear outcome.
When something important does not yet exist but needs to.
Typical resultA new artefact, method, design, proposition or pilot brought to life. When something is broken, underperforming, unclear or no longer fit for purpose.
Typical resultA reset, practical repair or diagnostic-led improvement. When a gap in alignment, coordination or understanding needs to close.
Typical resultA shared plan, agreed pathway or practical handshake. When something is working and is ready to grow.
Typical resultA more systematic, repeatable and scalable version. When dispersed teams, systems, methods or priorities need to operate as one.
Typical resultA shared operating rhythm connecting people, systems and decisions.A type is a starting point — not a rigid package. The final scope can draw on more than one type while retaining one clear outcome, one timeframe and one fixed price.
HOW A SERVICE PACK BEGINS
Clarity reveals the priority; concentrated work creates progress.
CHOOSING WHAT FITS
Keep the rhythm going.
Best when the organisation needs sustained follow-through, accountability, review and traction over time.Move one priority forward.
Best when the organisation has a defined challenge, a desired result and concentrated work to complete.Choose one, both, neither, or manage the work internally.
